题目: On the uniqueness of measure of maximal entropy on rank one noncompact manifolds

摘要: We consider the geodesic flow on a non-elementary rank-one noncompact manifolds of nonpositive curvature. In this talk, we show that if the Bowen-Margulis measure is finite, then it is the unique measure of maximal entropy for the geodesic flow; if it is infinite, then the geodesic flow admits no measure of maximal entropy.

报告人简介：吴伟胜，厦门大学教授，博士生导师，2014年博士毕业于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学，曾在北京大学进行博士后研究，研究方向为动力系统与遍历论。先后主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目，国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目，并入选国家高层次青年人才。目前在“Comm. Math. Phys.” ，“Math. Ann.”，“Adv. Math.”,“Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.”，“Ergodic Theory Dynam. Systems”，“Journal d'Analyse Mathematique”等学术期刊上发表论文40余篇。
