报告题目：On Brezis' first open problem: a complete solution

报告摘要：In 2023, H. Brezis published a list of his“favorite open problems”, which he describes challenges he had "raised throughout his career and has resisted so far." We provide a complete resolution to the first one-Open Problem 1.1-in Brezis's favorite open problems list: the existence of solutions to the long-standing Brezis-Nirenberg problem on a three-dimensional ball. Furthermore, using the building blocks of Del Pino-Musso-Pacard-Pistoia sign-changing solutions to the Yamabe problem, we establish the existence of infinitely many sign-changing, nonradial solutions for the full range of the parameter.

个人简历：杨文，澳门大学副教授（珠海澳大科技研究院研究员），国家级青年人才获得者。2015年获得加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学数学专业哲学博士学位，2015-2018年，先后在台湾大学理论科学研究中心以及香港理工大学从事博士后的研究工作。2018年2月在中科院武汉物理与数学研究所数学物理与应用研究部开始工作，任职副研究员。2019年4月任中国科学院精密测量科学与技术创新研究院研究员。2023年12月起在澳门大学工作。主要从事非线性椭圆型偏微分方程的研究，已在JEMS, JDG, ARMA, PLMS, IMRN, JMPA, Analysis&PDE, Comm.PDEs等国际数学期刊上发表论文70余篇。研究专长：非线性椭圆型偏微分方程。
