报告摘要：In this talk I will first present a brief survey about the number and configurations of limit cycles of piecewise linear systems on the plane, and then report some of our results on this topic.

个人简历：杨家忠，北京大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师. 于1997年获得以色列理工学院博士学位， 研究领域为常微分方程和动力系统，主持多项国家自然基金、国际合作基金、北京市自然科学基金等科研项目. 在 Duke Math. J., J.D.E, J.D.D.E, D.C.D.S, Nonlinearity等杂志发表近五十多篇学术论文. 教育部国家级一流课程数学分析主持人, 教育部101计划数学分析教材主持人, 现任北京数学会秘书长.
