Positions and Support Programs

Strategic Leading Talent

Possess strategic thinking and the ability to coordinate disciplinary development, lead the discipline to catch up with or lead international advanced levels. Age under 70.

Discipline Leadership Talent

Innovative thinking, exquisite academic ability, committed to major innovative and key technology research in the discipline, with important achievements recognized by domestic and international peers. Age under 65.

Outstanding Young Talent

Outstanding scientific research and technological innovation capabilities, active academic thinking, significant research results and important academic achievements, or research direction with important innovation prospects, with potential to become an academic leader in related fields. Age under 45.

 Excellent Young Faculty

Relatively outstanding research achievements, with great development potential, including specially-appointed professor/specially-appointed researcher (under 38), specially-appointed associate professor/specially-appointed associate researcher (under 35), lecturer/assistant researcher (under 32, or under 35 with postdoctoral experience).

Full-time Postdoctoral Researchers

Generally under 35 years old. Obtained PhD from domestic or overseas universities or research institutions in the past three years, with good research achievements during doctoral studies.
